The day we have all looked forward to is upon us; the release of "Mr. 'Bout A Week Ago" himself. The man, the myth, the legend with the Knicks Hat is being released Tuesday. We finally can expect the music we have all awaited to hear that we missed out on in the last 7 years. Brooklyn's very own and viral sensation, Bobby Shmurda, is set to be released tomorrow and twitter right along with other platforms exploded in celebration of the rapper's release this morning. This is huge news after being caught for sneaking a shiv (knife in prison) in prison and being denied parole in December.
For those who dont know, Shmurda had a viral 2014 hit that topped the biloard top 100 at 6 for its peak.He had acknowledgment from Jay Z and Beyonce on their On The Run II Tour back at that time, along with Rihanna , and other big artists at the time.
According to XXL Magazine, Shmurda released a statement for his fans on Instagram talking about the release. He went on to express his gratitude of support in his absence from society and hip hop overall. Here's what Shmurda released to address the public on his IG story.
"My team created this Instagram page after my original page was hacked but thanks to my dedicated fans I managed to get my page verified and also 1M followers without ever being active on this page," Shmurda wrote. "Thank you for remaining loyal and for riding this six year sentence out with me. I love you all and look forward to seeing you soon. Sincerely, Bod boy Bobby (whisper emoji) ah ahh ahhh."

Quavo, 1/3rd of the Migos, has already said in full confidence that he is flying to New York to get his guy out of prison. Billboard touched on this in Quavo's interview with "Bleacher Report" and more with him in quotes saying this.
"I'm going to get my guy," the Migos frontman says. "I'm personally gonna go pick up Bobby Shmurda. I'm bout to go get him. I'm gonna let him show you how I'm gonna pick him up, yessir."
Shmurda's mother already let TMZ know that Bobby is being released on a conditional term that saves him 10 months from the remainder of what he had left to serve. She let them know that she is ready to see her son while he first spends time with the fam bam and then goes on to ease back into his craft once again. Shmurda has to serve 5 years on parole but is happy to be freed nonetheless. He is welcomed with open arms from family, fans and fellow rappers alike.
The world has been waiting on the infamous Knicks hat to come back into the atmosphere. Perhaps we finally see its return. Tomorrow is gonna be crazy!
Ahh ahh ahh!
